 Shweta Jhaveri has been a regular visitor to Vancouver for five years now and amazed  audiences at the Western Front with sold out vocal recitals during the 1992 Vancouver  Jazz festival and 1994's VIEW festival.

One of the most imaginative performers of North Indian classical vocal music : khayal, Shweta returns to the Western Front to perform classical repertoire and original works with the VIEW Ensemble featuring Peggy Lee, Lauri Lyster and Karen Graves. Graves will also be composing new works for the collaboration.
